Carron Coffee House Association provides recreational, social, and spiritual interaction for adults with developmental disabilities. Cary Carron began the ministry in 1960 after teaching faith formation to a disabled teen. The Knights of Columbus assist with funding and transportation for the participants for the Friday evening program at Light of the World Catholic Parish. The evening includes a Catholic Mass, entertainment, and light refreshments.

Deacons and a priest support this ministry by assisting at the Mass & serving the liturgical needs of the community, including the spiritual needs of the patrons.
