Marisol Homes provides safe and secure emergency and community based housing for pregnant women and single women with children who are experiencing homelessness. They work with women and their families as they integrate back into the community by offering counseling, job training, workshops, and needed quality childcare services for their children up to 12 years old. They help the women to rebuild their lives by walking alongside them to secure housing and placing them on a trajectory to stability. Deacons involved in this ministry help to bring a compassionate male presence and visit with the women and families. They share a meal with the residents once a month. They also assist with the charity aspect and the acquisition of donations like hygiene kits.
